    Falcon 500

    The Falcon 500 is an entry-level standalone home offering two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space.

    With a footprint of approximately 500 ft², it’s built to Bauhu’s certified standards and is available with either a flat or pitched roof.

    Despite its modest footprint, the home offers comfortable bedrooms and well-appointed bathrooms, all enveloped in Bauhu's signature climate-resilient construction system.

    Available in 2- or 3-bedroom layouts, both options include two bathrooms, with one en suite. Each unit is delivered as a complete package, including fitted kitchens, bathroom fixtures, and interior décor. For a more traditional aesthetic, the Falcon 1800 is also available with a four-pitch roof option.

Developed by Bauhu’s experienced architects and structural engineers, the Falcon Range is designed to offer an affordable solution for large scale social housing developments. 

The entire structure, building envelope and finishes have been optimised for high-volume production, ensuring fabrication efficiency, cost effective procurement and maximising economies of scale.

Pricing is net ex-factory, volume-based, and dependent on order quantities.
